The Honeywell Optima Excel Local Display (OELD) is a smart junction box for the Searchpoint Optima Plus and Searchline Excel infrared detectors for flammable hydrocarbons. OELD includes Bluetooth Low Energy technology that simplifies your experience with the detector. With BLE, you can pair the OELD with a mobile phone and then use an app to perform many commissioning and maintenance tasks on the detector with less time and effort. Since the BLE method is non-intrusive, it also reduces safety risk to personnel. The OELD has Local User Interface which enables configuration through magnetic tool and display, if mobile device is not allowed on site or mobile device is lost/damaged/not functioning, its a simple 3 control operation with a display that gives information and feedback through a Intuitive menu system.
