Yes, all our products supplied are Genuine & Brand New, packaged in their original packaging from the Manufacturer.

What are the delivery options available?

Shipping costs are dependent on delivery destination address, we do UK delivery. We can do deliveries worldwide, and it will be calculated at the time of checkout process. Delivery costs are based on Value of the Consignment, weight and dimensions please email us at sales@dsasuppliers.com before checking out for a delivery quote as we may be able to offer free shipping or more discounts on Value of the Consignment, with weight and dimension in consideration for your order with a discount checkout code.

Also, the navigation bar on our website features all of our main product categories with sub categories to help you find the item you are looking for. If you can’t find what you are looking for please send us an email at sales@dsasuppliers.com as it could be the Manufacturer SKU/product code has been replaced or obsolete with an alternative SKU/product code by the Manufacturer. Just ask for our help in assisting you in your requirement.

Is my item in stock?

Majority of our catalogue of items are shipped direct from the Manufacturer. We aim to give you the best delivery date possible and will keep you updated at all stages of your purchase. The Manufacturer normally will ship approximately between 10-25 business days dependant on Manufacturers stock levels.

In the event that the Manufacturer may not have the product, we will advise you with an alternative product. Or, the Manufacturer has delays on manufacturing a product line, we will inform you immediately and provide you with a best delivery time advised by the Manufacturer. Or, we can cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

What is the country of origin of my item?

As it is not displayed on our website, this can be provided on request.

I need a Material Data Handling Sheet for my product?

If you require the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) we can obtain this from the Manufacturer, Depending on what the product is.

My Product ordered seem to appear different from the image on the product listing on the website?

Some Images on our website may be for illustration purposes only, it may feature parts or additional kit in the image that are not included with the actual product.  The majority of images are received from our manufacturer and where possible we try to create our own images to reflect the actual product.
